HOW WE WORK

At J.D.Mizzi and Associates, we walk you through your project from beginning to end, starting with the design process. We then have our own construction crews who will execute the project.

During our first on-site meeting, we will discuss your project wants and needs, discussing all ideas. At this time, we will provide you with a written quotation. If your project is highly detailed, it may be necessary to provide you with a quotation at a later date.

Once you have decided to proceed further with us. We enter into a contract relationship. Here the final design process with renderings and re-visions take place. This will allow you to fine tune your project with a full understanding of what your project consists of. It also presents you with the opportunity to do your project in stages, allowing you the flexibility to work within your budget and achieving your final goal of completion.

After your final approval of the plans and a detailed quote of your project we will set up and provide you with a starting date for construction. Our relationship together has only just begun. Constant communication is the key to a happy outcome.
